Placing an order can sometimes be a confusing experience. The interweb can be a scary place, full of dark corners, strange terminology, and porn... Don't let that get you down! Placing an order with us doesn't have to be a harrowing experience... Just follow these easy steps, and you'll be well on your way to having your completed CDs, LPs, posters, etc. in your hands!
Step One:After we've received your artwork, you will receive emailed digital proofs within 1 business day. Peruse the proofs, make sure everything is in order, and respond to that email with approval.
Fill out an order form on our website.

Simple enough. Don't lose sleep over the specifics. Your artwork tells the final story of what it is you're ordering. Make sure you include billing and shipping addresses, email info, and phone info. Also, don't forget to include the quantity of what you're ordering! We receive a lot of orders with no quantity info. This is one of the most important parts of the form!
Step Two:
After you've completed (and submitted!) an order form, you'll be given an order number. Zip up all of your art files and name the zip file with your order number (so that we can easily identify and associate the two). From there, all you have to do is upload the art to us. There are numerous options outlined on our FTP section of our site. Check it out!

Step Three:
Regarding the artwork, you'll want to set your art up using our templates, as it will save us time in getting you a proof (as well as the overall turn around time for your project!). The templates can be found here...

Once we've received approval of your proofs, we will be in touch regarding setting up payment, as well as giving you an estimated ship date for your order.
That's it!
I'd also recommend skimming over the FAQ section of our site, as there's quite a bit of useful information regarding the production process.

I hope this is of some help. As always, we're here if you have any questions, so drop us a line if you get confused... Pick up the phone and call, whatever works... we're happy to help!
